COMPLAINT PROCEDURE & WARRANTY
All our items have a 1 year warranty.
Any defect is covered, except wear and tear from use, such as a battery.
You cannot claim under warranty if products are used incorrectly. In the event of extreme weather conditions such as hail, storm and the like, you can also no longer claim under warranty.
If a product shows a defect, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to email@example.com or a message via our contact form. We will do everything we can to solve the problem as soon as possible!
All warranty goes through us, which ensures that we can often quickly find a suitable solution. Sometimes we need additional information from you to diagnose the problem.
It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We request that you first report complaints to us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org We always do our utmost to find a suitable solution.
From February 15, 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
